I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas. Mine was fantastic!! I had a beautiful time with my kids and grandkids. Instead of the traditional Christmas dinner, we had pizza. Lol, yep, that's right, we had pizza. The idea was for each family to bring their favorite pizza. Then, everyone could try it out. No, we're not a traditional family. We're a little, well, a lot crazy. Sometimes we'll have turkey and ham on Thanksgiving and Christmas, but some, most of the time we will have something different, like Chinese. That way we don't get burned out on normal stuff. :O) Well, back to the pizza. When we were in Chicago in October, we order a Chicago style pizza. OMGoodness, it was fantastic!! But way to big to enjoy it in a motel room. So, I decided I was going to make my own Chicago style pizza. I must say it was goooooooooddddd!!!!! But, the hit of the dinner was Krissy's breakfast style pizza. Okay, fine, it was good too.
Now, it's time for the new year. Another year older and another year closer to retirement. 2013 has had it's down times and it's good times. Lots and lots of deaths. Lot's of sadden hearts. But, some huge blessings too. For 2014, well, "even so come now Lord Jesus" kinda sums it up for me.
Happy New Year and may God bless you and richly bless you and your family!!

October 21st, the only bright spot of the month. Jonah's 11th birthday. My beautiful grandboy is growing up so fast. Happy birthday Jonah Bob!!!
October 24th will be the 11th anniversary of my Ralphie Pooh's death. I'm trying very hard to handle his death in a Godly way. I received a prophecy a few months back that I needed to move on. So move on is what I have tried to do. I hope in God's eyes, I have done what he expected me to do. I feel better and more at peace with his death. Do I miss him? Do I still love him as much as I did when we were together? You bet!!! But I don't seem to dwell on him and his passing as much as I did. I could have honestly said that there was never a day go by that I didn't think of him. I can't say that now. I still think of him often but I'm not consumed with it. I feel strength. I feel encouragement. I think that is what he would have wanted me to do. And I know this is what God expects me to do! Maybe God will allow me to work and worship beside him again. :O)
